fix: Dockerfile was building from a Node.js base image for a pure-Python app
FROM node:24-bookworm-slim, with Python installed on top via apt-get.
Nothing in this app uses Node - no package.json, no build step; the
only 'npm' reference anywhere is a client-side <script> tag loading a
library from jsDelivr in the browser template, unrelated to the
server. On a 512MB/0.1CPU host this was pure dead weight: extra image
size (slower cold starts) and baseline overhead for a runtime that
never runs.
Switched to python:3.12-slim-bookworm directly - it already ships
pip, so the separate apt-get install of python3/python3-pip is gone
too. No functional change; uvicorn already runs with its default
single worker (no --workers N was set), so that part was already
correctly sized for this host.
